Group exercise class for all ages: Develop strength, build a strong core, improve flexibility and balance using Pilates, resistance bands, Swiss ball, cardio circuit training and dumbbells. Enjoy an overall body sculpting session with Jackie!
Group exercise program for older adults: Improve agility, balance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and range of movement. This class is multi-level and equipment-based using light dumbbells, resistance bands and balls. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Jackie welcomes persons of all skill levels and abilities while fostering a safe and positive social atmosphere.
Group exercise class for older adults: SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, blanace and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
