Edamame Salad

Edamame is a great source of fiber and an excellent source of plant based protein which makes it a nutritious addition to your shopping list.


1 16oz bag frozen organic, shelled Edamame

1/3 c dried cranberries

1/3 c raw sunflower seeds

1/3 c crumbled feta cheese


Mix all ingredients together and enjoy! You can adjust the amount of the last three ingredients to your preference.


2/3 cup of Edamame contains 12g of protein and 480mg of potassium.
